DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE I purchased a Mercedes GLE 63S $129,000 car from this dealership a few months ago and it has been nothing but a disaster. Not long after buying it, the problems started. Since then the car has been constantly going back and forth to Mercedes for repairs. Every time it goes in to be fixed, it comes back out and something else is wrong with it. It has been one issue after another. The dealer claimed the car was serviced just one month before I bought it, yet it’s clearly full of problems. For a car at this price, the condition it was sold in is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, the car has now spent more time sitting at Mercedes-Benz Liverpool and Mercedes-Benz Parramatta than it has actually been with me because of all the faults it came with. When I contacted the dealership for help, they completely washed their hands of it and told me to deal with Mercedes because it’s “under warranty.” No responsibility, no help, no loan car—nothing. I have just had the pleasure of buying a beautiful car from Bryan Clark at Dutton One Chatswood. The process was seamless from start to finish. As a salesperson Bryan is highly professional and knowledgeable. As an individual he is kind and compassionate. Bryan listened to what I wanted and we looked at several cars.
