I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The location was convenient and easy to access, with good transportation options nearby, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I went to this bar last week. The female manager treated customers extremely rudely. She even swore at us. My friends and I were furious. How could management let someone like that work here? Isn't this just asking for the bar to close down? My friends and I swore we would never go there again. Extremely unpleasant experience i never meet in the great Sydney.

Had beers here with a mate the other day and have to say the beers were perfect!! If you love a punt there is a TAB bar and pokies in the other section…..but if you just like beer the bar is perfect 😁👍

This place used to be fantastic, but things plummeted after the excellent former manager, Jane, left. The new female manager is incredibly unfriendly, rude, and unfriendly; her service is appalling, and she frequently yells at customers—you can see this in the many reviews below everyone doesn’t satisfy with this manager!I don't understand why the owner would hire someone like that? Aren't they afraid the place will go bankrupt sooner or later? All of us regular customers in Chatswood have heard the news and will never come back to monkey bar! If we could give it zero stars of five we definitely would!

Walked in as a group of four and were immediately treated differently. One of us, who is Korean, was singled out and told to drink water before we could even order. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we left straight away. Very disappointing experience
