Andrew is a very trustworthy physiotherapist. I had pain in my right shoulder and very limited range of motion, but after just one treatment, I noticed a significant improvement. He has a great understanding of the body, is easy to talk to, and always answers my questions. He also provides helpful exercises to prevent future problems. Highly recommended!

Michael is a very caring and hardworking physiotherapist. Thank you so much for helping me get better from my sudden back pain.😭 He listened to me carefully and really understood how I was feeling. ☺️ Because of him, my body felt much more relaxed very quickly, and by doing the exercises he showed me every day, I got better and better. 🌿 I was so lucky to have him as my physiotherapist. Michael knows how to instantly find the root cause of my pain and injury. During my first visit, I was shocked by the improvement and pain relief after just one session with him. Michael is very knowledgable and professional. He has treated my stiff/frozen neck, injured shoulder from sport, lower back/disc bulge and today my knee. The at home exercises he gives me help strengthen my weak areas and I can see progress when I do day to day activities. Michael is the best kept secret, I almost don't want to leave this review haha Definitely reach out to him and he will fix you. Thanks for your treatments!

Fantastic Clinical Pilates Instructor – Highly Recommend Susan! I’ve been taking classes with Susan and she is absolutely amazing. Her guidance is clear, professional, and always tailored to each person’s level. She pays great attention to form and makes sure every movement is done safely and effectively. Her classes have really helped improve my back pain and I always leave feeling stronger and more aligned. Susan is truly one of the best!
