Veronica M. has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past 1.5 years. She brings a depth of experience that is clear from day one - across rehab, strength and overall conditioning - and applies it in a way that feels genuinely tailored to you. I wouldn't have had this kind of recovery if it weren't for her. I am surprised by what I was able to achieve (thank you so much). What really stands out is her consistency and the care she puts into everything she does. She keeps a close eye on progress, adjusts programs thoughtfully, and provides guidance and support well beyond just the sessions. The improvements I have seen in my recovery and strength have been pretty incredible, to be honest. Movement 101 is an outstanding clinic with world-class facilities for physio and rehab. Honestly one of the best places I've been for treatment and strength testing. Veronica is also an amazing practitioner who has really helped improve my shoulder issues. Every session I've been has a great combination of hands-on treatment and rehab work.

After getting rear-ended in a car accident, I’ve been seeing Movement 101 Chatswood for the past 8 months and honestly, I deserve a loyalty card by now 😂 Big shoutout to Veronica for keeping me functional—apparently her strategy is one needle at a time… and somehow I keep coming back. Between the needling, treatment, and exercises, I’m not sure if I’m in rehab or being slowly turned into a pin cushion 😆 But I always walk out feeling better. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Veronica following a complex foot reconstruction surgery, and she has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my recovery journey. Her expert guidance and genuine care have made a real difference. Veronica has gone above and beyond by working closely with my surgeon and PT to provide a holistic approach to my rehabilitation, which has given me a lot of confidence in my recovery. I started seeing Veronica in December 2025 after fracturing my fibula during karate training.
