My wife’s Husqvarna Ruby Royale was playing up with a button hole sensor error. Hobbysew was unable to find the cause or fix it but Shane at CSC took one look and knew exactly what to do. The fix and service has the machine running like new. Shane also polished the needle plate scratches from over the years which he didn’t have to do but he likes things perfect! Thanks Shane!

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had buying a display machine online. Shane was a huge help; he made sure the machine was 100% functional before shipping it, helped me get the extra feet I needed, and even sent over videos on how to thread it. Shane, thank you for being so wonderful! The machine is perfect, and honestly, threading my new Coverlock was a breeze—even though I’d read so many reviews saying it would be a challenge.

Highly recommend. Great service and a really nice man. When something went wrong on my Brother machine I got this recommendation from the ladies in Spotlight. They said it might take a couple of weeks but he's the best person. THEY WERE SO RIGHT! Shane was fantastic. The price was as expected and I was back sewing in just over 2 weeks.

This guy is awesome. Yes he repairs broken machines but it's the added wit and charming banter that is great. My old Mum's sewing machine needed a repair. He's honest and charges accordingly. Those on here giving him bad reviews must not have a sense of humour or a funny bone.

The technician Shane was very approachable and gave honest feedback regarding machines and service. I found him very trustworthy. He asked if there were any issues when dropping the machine off, and the machine came home running well. I trust his years of expertise and ability to service many types of machine, both regular sewing and embroidery.
