That’s the real scam, they show you a price on the tag and charge you another at the counter! Be aware of it! I wish the police could arrest all but the most we can do it’s never came back to this

I had a very good experience at Chemist Warehouse. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. They guided me properly and made the shopping experience easy and comfortable. The store was also well organised, and I found what I needed quickly. I really appreciate their support and would happily visit again.

Train your staff properly! I asked two cashiers about the tax refund policy and they had no idea how it works. Working for a tourist shopping outlet , staffs don’t know even the basics! I ended up spending $268 and was just a bit short of the tax refund threshold because I wasn’t informed properly. I asked two of the girls, NO ONE GAVE ME THE CORRECT INFORMATION!!! Go to h….

Better to avoid unless you are local or willing to pay more. - Make sure they charged you correctly. Months ago, I brought my friends visiting Australia to here. Initially we were happy because the shop was bigger but quiet comparing one in Sydney CBD. Staff were idle and happy to chat each other except one at a cash register, advice given was mostly wrong but we did not care. Then one of my friends pointed out that they charged dollars per product more. We double checked to confirm that they overcharged. The issue escalated to a male senior staff to be advised that 1)a manager already left the store 2)they rang to a manager to be advised that the issue can be corrected by a pharmacist but the new pharmacist's card does not work for this 3) therefore, We should return to the shop the after to correct the issue?! I told him that my friends would return to their country next day, then 1) how I can prove the purchase 2)why I should drive to Manly (and pay such expensive parking) only to correct the balance. However, the staff refused to correct the price; refused to let us buy more and pay after deduction of overcharged amount; or full refund. But only answer was coming back. As he s

I go here regularly and for the past month there is always someone in here with their dog. Jumping on people and the shelves. Why do staff allow this? It is against the therapeutic act for contamination. One dog even threw up and the owner didn’t clean it. Disgusting
