Zero if were possible. Expect a Formal letter of complaint shortly to your Head Office. A Bank teller with zero manners has no place working in any industry let alone a customer focused position. The ATMS outside this branch didn't distribute small denominations of cash aside from $100 notes. When I came into tge bank to ask for smaller notes and was given the third degree about Bank protocols despite the Bank still charging for a withdrawal fee. This particular teller went over and above trying to point out that she was doing me a favour by giving me smaller notes ? It is exactly this type of person that makes me wonder how these people actually stay in their jobs. As said. I have your name, and expect a FACT FILLED, and time stamped complaint of the pathetic way you dealt with that issue. SHAME ON YOU !

There are usually long lines whenever I walk past. It doesn't look like this branch knows how to cope with their large influx of customers during peak hours. Edit: I've been informed that there are a large number of customers at this branch due to a number of local branches being closed.

I came to branch to ask about account closed without any reason, and Sana help me to do it then she call someone after that she ask me to go back after 2 hours. 2 hours later i didn’t go there but i went to another branch at bankstown plaza and a lady was so good to help me do it, she call Sana but actually Sana didn’t try her best. Everything resolved in a minute at Bankstown plaza branch. I am very dissapointed about Sana, she just try to tell me to don’t worry but she didn’t do anything. In this situation, bank should do it immidiately for customer. I never seen anyone like her before, i am not happy at all.
