I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to the branch. The staff member I spoke with did offered minimal assistance and then go with other customers. The interaction lacked professionalism and courtesy, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service quality moving forward. And then I went to another branch in Lakemba and they had very outstanding customer services listen,assisted and makesure i have got what I needed for. I felt very welcome.

While most banks have upgraded their ATMs, this bank is still using outdated machines, which frequently cause issues when depositing cash into an account. The staff are unfriendly and appear indifferent to customers, making the overall experience very disappointing.

Big thank you to April Li at the Bankstown station branch for her support in helping me secure my first property purchase!
