Hi. I went here a couple of times now and was positively surprised by the little waiting time at lunch time (when there is obviously more demand) Today I was with Leslie and she helped me out well. Friendly and respectful of everyone’s time I do generally recommend this bank. Thanks. Dan

Talked down to my partner after we asked for help with a credit card account, and the lady who talked to us said “You do know you can just switch the credit card on the app”. Well, we did try, we’re not stupid, it just didn’t show as an option. Was directed to call the credits team, who validated that the card we were after wasn’t something we could just switch to. Just a bad experience with this bank branch overall.
