Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Sydney follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. This branch seems to have less staffs than any other branches I had to queue for 30 minutes just to make withdrawal only then got told to withdraw from machine and suggested to come back to the counter when I require some change. Is this for real? Why they can't just serve me at the counter when I was already there and waited for 30 minutes! On the same occassion, one of staffs told a customer that she doesn't serve customers at the counter, she told her that she is there direct enqueries to their team members however she served someone else afterwards at the counter when the line was getting longer. I was just shocked.

Extremely poor service. Arrived 20 minutes before closing for a simple account information update. Teller sent me to enquiry counter, enquiry counter assistant refused to help, citing lack of time. Front desk lady staff were rude and impatient. Staff should treat all customers respectfully during business hours.

Its 13:05 Friday, if you wanted to cease operation for whatever reasons before closing time at least staff could talk to us not waving hand signals, thats rude

The service was extremely poor. Walked in to get some help at date 23/01/2023, time: 1:25 pm regarding payment pre -authorisation. At first, staff member named Juliet tried to turn me away without even listening to the issue properly. Later told me there was a wait of 30 minutes if I wanted to see someone and I agreed. She did the same to following customers who came into the bank, saying it was very busy. During that time there was literally 2 customers inside the bank. Upon 35 min waiting I checked with her and she said β€œI told you 40 mins wait”. After 1 hour of long waiting I left the bank at 2:22pm without getting served. And the staff member Juliet was too busy looking at her phone and making up fake appointments. Overall experience was disappointing. We have been banking with commonwealth bank over 10 years and never faced such ignorance in any of the busy branches. I would request commonwealth bank head office to look into the matter. Thanks
