I want to give 5 stars to my caseworker, Conscila, for her amazing support at The Grates Table. When I called her on Saturday, she listened without judgment, offered calm advice, and helped me connect with the right people and organizations. Even though I wasn't her client, she went above and beyond to help me find the right support. Thanks to her, I was able to solve my problem. Conscila and the Community Manager Resources Centre truly embody compassion and humanity. Thank you so much!

As a social work student on placement with CMRC, I had a very good experience working with CMRC staff. I liked the welcoming and respectful environment of the organisation. I worked closely with the case manager Shohreh Rahmani, she is very experienced and professional social worker, and a dedicated and loving personality. I would highly recommend CMRC for support with settlement services, such as housing support, employment, education, physical and mental health and material support as well.

I am really grateful for the valuable cooperation of CMRC, if in my meeting with Mrs. Parasto, she helped and guided me a lot regarding my resume, and finding a job, and also regarding choosing the right course or field according to my education and experience. thank you very much

I had a mixed experience with CMRC. The receptionist and the lady who spoke to me after that (kind of pre-screening) were very helpful and respectful. However, the lady that was supposed to be the case manager was rude and provided no help at all. She was scheduled to call my friend at 14:00 but did not call. Me the non-registered interpreter while being on my duty and my friend had to wait for 2 hours until I couldn't wait anymore and called them. She gave me a feeling that she had not read the report passed on to her by her colleague at all. When I told her I had answered those basic questions already and the information should have been in the file, she simply told me she could call back the next day and cut off the line. Obviously her next day does not tally with our normal definition of "the next day". We haven't heard back from her at the time that I am writing this. P/S: reading other reviews, I realised that I actually talked with that intake officer, Norma. She was the rudest officer that I had ever encountered in Australia. She should definitely be removed. I called to find out if they offered specific services and their criteria to be eligible to receive their service, on behalf of a previous client. My call was received by reception who didn't even know what she was talking about. She would say yes then no or no then "yes we do" but then precede to tell me no we only do this, to my questions. I ended up giving up the call, all I was getting was half answers. I'm sure this place provides exceptional service, but as my first initial interaction. I don't think I would recommend non English speaking clients to you.
