Location: Excellent position. Near the Sydney Aquarium, Cockle Bay Wharf, Tumbling Park, Pyrmont Bridge, Darling Harbour, Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre, Maritime Museum and the closed Harbourside Mall Stop: There's a large parking lot behind the stop, preventing a 5 star rating due to defeating the purpose of public transit. Signage is fairly clear- just remember tourists that Australian light rails drive on the left side of the tracks! Services are fairly frequent and infrequently delayed (for Sydney standards).

The location is excellent; however, clearer wayfinding signage is needed to guide light rail passengers toward Pyrmont, particularly through the Novotel parking area.

This station is really difficult to get to from the west, from the hotel side. You've got to walk the entire length of the garage after going into the hotel and taking an elevator. Completely impractical. But I appreciate that it exists.

Good location to the hotels and Darling Harbour area. This used to be right behind Harbourside which has been demolished for new development. The side closest to Darling Harbour goes towards Central Station, the other side goes towards Dulwich Hill.

Terrible staff, trash service, overall idiotic light rail station. Hard to access from Harbourside Shopping Centre. Overall too many people and too little trams. Crew threatened to almost kick us out of the tram because it was way too full. They also kicked three members of the public out of the tram with only a nonchalant “sorry”. They should have boarded the tram as they arrived on time, only to be denied entry for an unreasonable cause. Services were not sufficient causing mayhem upon the tram as everyone was packed like slaves on a ship. The doors were also trying to shut the tram when people and children were still boarding the tram, almost separating them from their parents and almost essentially decimating them. “Have a safe and comfortable trip”, seemed like a joke. Disgusting *insert swear word* light rail station. I would rate this zero stars if I could. Terrible experience here, both on station and tram.
