There is so much information and misinformation about aged care and it's hard to know what to do or who to trust when seeking advice. Within 10 mins of our free introductory chat, Shane alleviated our concerns, told us what forms to complete and provided a contact who can help us further. His motto is not to take a client unless he can help them. In our case, Shane explained we didn't need his services but he still gave us very helpful and informative advice. If/when we require further financial advice we will be heading straight to Shane. Great customer service and not dodgy 😊

After listening to my situation and thoroughly hearing me, he expressed great industry knowledge, providing insights as well as advice that I may be served better by an estate attorney. With a very tight timeframe for my parents moving into residential care, Shane and his people responded quickly with detailed advice. They provided a summary which cut across the complexity which is the aged care system but also backed it up with details on costs and out-year projections.
