Cranks is awesome. Had a problem with my son's front derailleur on his Trek 8 speed MTB. I tried to tune it, failed and made it worse...and then busted a chain link. Took it into Cranks on Friday morning and they said a 2 to 3 day turn-around, which I was very happy with. Got a call that same afternoon to say it was ready. Derailleur was completely seized up and needed replacing. They had a reconditioned 2nd hand derailleur and installed that for $25 for the derailleur and $20 labour and fixed the chain, for a total of $45, which was a third of what I was expecting to pay. Awesome, efficient, honourable, and just plain nice! Thanks.

Great help ! I had planned to drop and leave my bike for repair over the next week or so. Unfortunately however, I arrived only moments before closing time. Despite that, they immediately spotted a fault I’d missed and completed an on-the-fly repair to get me back on the road before New Years. Thanks guys, very impressed, very grateful. Have a great NY!

I was referred to Paul at Cranks by my son who is a bike fanatic. I went to the shop and was so happy with the service and attention I received. I have now bought 3 e-bikes from cranks and have been so pleased. Highly recommend the guys at Cranks.
