In terms of the price they charge, it is one of the best price. 88 dollars per month. In terms of car wash services quality, it is not as good as the price but still happy. 1 Ask what you pay for 2 Do not assume what it says 3 Make a recording of what they offer with consent 4 Ask what are 4 m wash, inside & out and signature. both parties, with no misunderstanding would become happier. As a consumer of Australia, one should understand car wash service quality can be inconsistent..it should be understood and accepted.

Went there today on kings holiday. They left a glue type of residue on the back bumper that was extremely difficult to get off. They also didn't properly clean the rims when we paid for a Gold wash and shine. Also claimed to have added wax when it was clear they didn't. We saw another customer having an argument with the manager, so seems that their lack of care is a consistent thing. Don't waste your money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was charged $199 for a full polish in and out plus washing, yet I honestly cannot see what was polished. The vehicle was returned with numerous stains still visible, and both the front and rear of the car remained dirty. Throughout the process, I had to stand beside the car and point out area after area that had been missed, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. Paying a premium price should result in a professional standard of work. Instead, the quality of the service was unacceptable and far below expectations. A full polish and detail should leave the vehicle looking clean and refreshed, not covered with the same dirt and stains that were present before. This was one of the worst car wash and detailing experiences I have had. I feel that I paid $199 for a service that was not properly completed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience and would appreciate an explanation and an appropriate resolution.

I took the $299 option. I am very happy with the amazing work!! My car was parked on the street for a few weeks and it was very dirty both inside and outside. It looks like a brand new car now!!

First time here and I was extremely pleased! I did not think the $19/ 4 min car wash sign was going to take care of my car washing needs! We had just come back from Glenworth Valley horseback riding and playing in the dirt and sand, and I have 2 littles kids. My 1 year old car badly needed some TLC. There was no wait first thing on Monday morning. No booking needed. Lots of employees to tell me where to go. You have to go around back to enter the automatic car wash. There's someone there to get your order with an EFTPOS machine. You put your car in neutral and tuck in your side view mirrors (or they help you do this) and then power wash your wheels and in the machine you go. My kids love the auto car wash option. Car comes out very clean, then 3 guys wiped down the exterior, polished the wheels til they're shiny and I got a DEEP clean of the leather interior. They let me remove my car seats and vacuumed and wiped efficiently! I was done in less than 20 mins and got on with my day! I can easily spend $200 and HOURS in a parking garage wash. It was $59 for the exterior and interior, which is an absolute deal in Chatswood. My before and after photos of the interior.
