The best shopping centre based car wash I’ve experienced. I have been twice now so I thought it was a good time to review… the staff have been nothing but welcoming and friendly upon arrival and I cannot fault the job they did either time. I recently used Star Wash at Moore Park as I was in the area so thought why not. The car park is dark there and I didn’t notice until I left that the car was just as horrific looking as when I took it in! Xtreme sets itself apart because of the lighting overhead. There’s no imperfection in the job they do that they could possibly hide. I’m not receiving any benefit writing this post, I’m just genuinely stoked at the job they’ve done for me 👌

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Chatswood Chase Car Wash was disappointing. I was charged $95 to wash a small standard-sized car, which I found excessive compared to other car wash services. At that price point, I expected a high level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with was quite rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, when I collected my car, it was obvious that basic interior cleaning had been missed. The dashboard and screen were still visibly dirty and appeared not to have been wiped down at all. For $95, I would expect a thorough clean and professional customer service. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and dissatisfied with the quality of the work. I would not return based on this experience.

I paid $95 today for what was advertised as a full hand wash, inside and out, including vacuuming. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. The trunk door was still covered in dirt that could literally be blown off, which means it clearly hadn’t even been wiped once. The back seat also still had a visible stain from my kid vomiting two days ago — which was actually the main reason I brought the car in — and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Even worse, the exterior still had multiple stains. The staff told me it was “gum tree” and that it wouldn’t come off, but that clearly wasn’t true. I actually took a cloth and wiped one of the spots off myself right in front of them to prove it. After paying $95 and waiting for the service, it was embarrassing to end up cleaning parts of the car myself. When I asked if they could adjust the price given the poor result, the manager offered me two 50% off vouchers for another visit. I declined — simple as that. After this experience, I won’t be coming back.

My car has never looked so clean. Hendra and the Xtream Carwash team made the experience seamless - Drop off and pick up were quick and easy. 5 star service!

Once again Hendra and his team at Chatswood Xtream did an amazing job to clean my super dirty/filthy car to sparkling clean! I live in the Blue Mountains and I drive all the way to Chatswood to get my car cleaned by them every year ; They are not cheap but the results are well worth it ! Thank you !
