A lovely library right in the heart of the city. It’s modern, clean, and has spots to sit read or study. The staff are friendly and willing to help, and there’s a good selection of books and resources, for children as well. A sweet little girl, about 4-5 years old, even brought me a book from her tiny hands the first time we saw each other. Such a heart-warming moment... A welcoming place, perfect for a quiet break from the busy city outside.

Small library but has a charming reading room. There’s a room with CDs, sheet music and other audio/music-related materials, which is worth browsing. Visited towards closing hours on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet. A good place to rest and get away from the noise of touristy Circular Quay.

A handsome heritage building beautifully restored with inside a modern public space for art, library facilities and a rooftop restaurant. Right in front of Sydney Harbour with the Opera House, ferries and excellent transport links.

Love this library. It's my favourite library in Sydney. It's huge and the layout is very neat. ( As opposed to Green Square library that's in an odd shape and very packed, with tables and shelves close to each other, organized messily) There are several areas for you if you want a quiet space with fewer people. Computers are available for your use, and printers.

Greatest library in the City of Sydney complimentary WiFi, and the model of Sydney under the glass floor. The library staff are commonly amicable. The structure itself is notable I exceedingly prescribe this spot to visit.
