I’ve been a long-time customer of Decathlon. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing this time. The staff member (a young lady with brown long hair) had an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. When I was ready to pay, she and another staff member were chatting and blocking the self-checkout area. I initially thought I needed to pay at the cashier, but only after a while did she move aside and point out the self-checkout without any proper guidance. What made it worse was her attitude during the transaction — she appeared annoyed and handled my item carelessly, almost tossing it into the checkout area. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially for a brand that I have trusted for a long time. A reputable store like this should ensure better staff training and customer service standards. Experiences like this can easily drive loyal customers away.

Henri was indeed very helpful to the extent of doing a part time tailor to get my measurements correct - an asset to the company and likewise Cinta even though was very busy did helpful in assisting me - both were very good on their service
