This was our 2nd time purchasing goods at SMFK SYDNEY. Our first experience with Kyra was amazing as we got one pair of shoes and a cap. Today we were served by Hannah, with her great customer service skills she was able to convince us to proceed with the purchase of 3 more clothing by sets and another set of shoes. I thought this was designer store. Wanted to buy oversized hoodie for home, it tore very easy around the neck, 3-4 week into owning. Low quality product but want to charge plenty, didn’t want to offer replacement or refund. Very unsatisfied.
