I was a customer at the CBD branch but wasn't able to get an appointment with my regular dentist so I thought I'd try Bondi Junction. It was ok. I think it depends on who you get. I came for regular teeth cleaning. My dentist was very friendly, gentle and patient but I don't think I got the best clean. It was done very quickly. I really loved the transparent and affordable pricing though.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve had such a poor experience that I feel obligated to share it. I chose Dental99 based on their positive reviews, fixed treatment pricing, and convenient booking process. I needed several restorations and initially had six fillings completed over two appointments. From the beginning, one of the teeth remained sensitive when biting. Three weeks later, the filling fell out while I was flossing. I had to attend an emergency dentist that same evening to have it replaced, which cost me $500. At the same time, I was experiencing ongoing pain on both sides of my mouth, including around the tooth where the filling had fallen out. When I returned to the emergency dentist, they found decay remaining underneath one of the newly placed restorations. This filling had been completed only a month earlier and needed to be redone. More than two months after my original treatment, I was still experiencing persistent discomfort and sensitivity. Further investigation, including X-rays, found leakage beneath another restoration, while two additional fillings had poor contact and contouring. I have visited several dental practices over the years, but I can honestly say that Dental 99 Bondi Junction is by far the best. My family and I have had the privilege of having all our dental needs looked after by the wonderful Dr Alice Brandon. She is thorough, professional, caring, and exceptionally skilled at what she does. I cannot thank her enough for giving us “perfect smiles,” especially for my teenage daughter. The improvement in her smile has greatly boosted her confidence. Her assistant, Michelle, is also friendly, kind, and welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless and impeccably maintained, which is another huge plus. They also have, hands down, the best Practice Manager, Chloe. She is efficient, understanding, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter what appointment time I needed, Chloe always went above and beyond to make it happen. Had some filling treatment done yesterday with Dr Tejus Patel & i genuinely cannot recommend him enough. Very friendly, informative & great at his work. I was super nervous beforehand but felt very comfortable during and after the treatment. Will definitely come back here for future appointments. Cheers!

This clinic has been a godsend after years of trouble with my dental health. I feel I finally found a fairly priced reliable team of dentists who are incredibly helpful and accommodating when life gets in the way. Thank you to everyone, especially Dr Rema and Chloe.
