Dr Austin helped me to smile confidently again. After receiving emergency treatment in Penrith for a broken crown and tooth, I was left with further damage, no front tooth and a painful temporary solution. I researched extensively and found Dr Austin at Dental Boutique. From my very first visit he ensured I felt safe and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of them with an extensive treatment plan. Dr Austin was able to complete my dental work over a series of stages, addressing both new and prior damage caused by multiple workplace incidents and TMJ disorder. Dr Austin was honest, patient and caring in each and every interaction. He ensured that I felt comfortable and went above and beyond to reduce the pain and discomfort I was experiencing from a hip and lower back injury. I had temporary veneers throughout the course of my dental work which ensured that I was able to eat, talk, smile and engage in my regular activities. Dr Austin gave me a complete smile makeover and corrected my bite. I had 4 dental implants, multiple crowns and veneers. Thank you Dr Austin and the team at Dental Boutique. I've always been a smiler. But after years of problems with a capped tooth and subsequent infections, I no longer wanted to smile. A lot of friends were recommending Thailand or other far off locations for Dental Implants, however after a bit of research and understanding I'd need regular follow ups, I wanted somewhere closer to home. I saw an ad for Dental Boutique and thought I'd give it a go. I had my first consultation with Dr. Ben one of the nicest humans, and he took me through what would be involved and a number of different options. When looking at the cost of each I opted for full set of top implants and to go completely under during surgery. Amber from the team helped me through the financial process of what was needed, which was really helpful. Next I met with Dr Nilesh who would be doing the surgery and he patiently took me through, step by step, what I would be in for and what I should expect. I am 2 months post surgery and can not be happier with my temporary smile. I get the final implants in August and can't wait. The whole team at Dental Boutique have been absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend my dentist highly enough. Dr Ellie and team. From my very first appointment, they have been nothing but kind, caring, professional and incredibly understanding. As someone who has always been genuinely anxious about visiting the dentist, I was nervous walking through the door. However, every step of the process was explained clearly, and I was treated with such patience, compassion, and respect that I quickly felt at ease. The care and attention to detail throughout my treatment has been excellent. Not only am I delighted with the results, but I can honestly cannot put into words what it feels like to smile again. The entire team has been wonderful, and the quality of care I have received exceeded all my expectations. The results are excellent, and I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend Dr Ellie and the team at Dental Boutique CBD Sydney highly enough. I came into my first appointment feeling extremely anxious due to some negative dental experiences in the past, but from the moment I met Dr Ellie, she made me feel completely comfortable, understood and at ease. I initially booked a complimentary Invisalign consultation, and I was so impressed by the time and care she took to get to know me, thoroughly assess my situation, and explain a detailed treatment plan tailored to my goals. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine care and expertise, which gave me the confidence to commit to treatment on the same day. Since then, I have had a wisdom tooth removal procedure with Dr Ellie, and she was incredible throughout the entire process, before and after. She consistently checked in on me, explained everything clearly, and made what was for me would be a very a stressful experience feel manageable and comfortable. The most incredible transformation and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. Thank you so much to Dr Chandler and his assistant Tom. I started Invisalign started in March last year and followed up with composite edge bonding to finish off the final look in February. Throughout the process Chandler and the team at Dental Boutique couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
