I’ve always been really self-conscious about my teeth and genuinely nervous about going to the dentist. That changed after I saw Dr Michael Cai. I went through a combined Invisalign and veneer treatment with him, and the whole experience felt straightforward and carefully managed from beginning to end. What stood out most was how much attention he paid to creating a result that actually looked like me. It is natural, balanced, and suited to my face rather than an overly bright, one-size-fits-all smile. The clinic itself is calm and welcoming, more like a quiet spa than a typical dental office, and his gentle, steady manner made a big difference in settling my anxiety. Dr Michael Cai and the team have been fantastic. I had Invisalign followed by some cosmetic work, and I’m really happy with the results, which exceeded my expectations and looked very natural. Dr. Cai is a dedicated and highly empathetic doctor who is very calm and explains each step of treatment well and without rushing you through. I feel in good hands and am looking forward to getting my extensive dental work done with him over the coming months.

I had a really great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend them! I first came in to see Dr Michael for an extraction of a painful wisdom tooth, and he made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. He explained everything clearly and was reassuring throughout. Since then, I’ve continued attending the clinic for regular check-ups with Angela and Katarina, who are both friendly and thorough. I’ve also had some dental work done with Dr Kim, who was very detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was done well. I’m currently doing Invisalign with Dr Michael as well, and the process has been smooth so far. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a really nice environment that makes you feel at ease when you walk in. Overall, a very positive experience every time I visit :)
