It is with sadness that I post this. Unfortunately these govt jobs seem to be largely filled by people who are hostile, rude, arrogant, judgemental, contemptuous and who refuse to listen, let alone care. My previous call to a woman in the Penrith office was one of her just interested in hearing her own voice and dictating the rules and regulations with much ado and judgement. The call today to the Parramatta office was less than I received from the woman at the Penrith office. I asked specifically to speak to Jordan and the person who eventually answered the phone advised that ALL staff were unavailable and in training today. I can only hope that the training these staff may be receiving is how to communicate with people effectively and not how to communicate aggressively which appears to be the general consensus. How unfortunate and disappointing it is that we as a society work and pay our taxes to fund these offices which are theoretically designed to help however in fact appear to be manned by individuals who act in the opposite way of which the organisation is touted to be set up. One can only wonder in dread and with disgust how such tokenism could possibly be applauded in

Thank you Joshua for being true to your word! I had major doubts about relinquishing a troubled tenancy and had very little (if any) hopes of being rehoused. Within 2 weeks I was offered a new tenancy and have regained some trust in bureaucratic processes. Now, if we can get my rental surplus refund processed, I'll have no choice but to award 5 stars

I wanna give this place a 0 stars. My family are homeless and they refuse to help us. I have a two year old son so now weβre on the streets. Thatβs crazy cause they should have a duty of care.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have never been shown anything but respect. They take a little bit too long with everything like bad neighbours, but they do get booted after a while. For me it's the police that are useless, less so housing. But yes, they can do more. I had to complain to an MP, before the neighbour was booted, due to drugs, a lot of people hanging around (intimidation), and DV incidents. Sydney can be pretty wild in some areas, and honestly my problem is that some of these scumbags shouldn't be helped, because they are nothing but trouble. But I guess good on them for trying to help people not be on the streets. But also, can we do better as a society, it's not hard to play by the rules. Rant over
