Had to wait only to be 'helped' by being directed to do it myself on the computer. After it didn't work for the reasons I explained, I have to line up again finally I get my ticket allowing me to wait again behind the people that I would have been in front of had they just listened in the first place. All could have been avoided of the website to renew registration wasn't down, or if they hired competent staff

Really grateful for the help I received at Parramatta Service NSW today. I had a complicated interstate licence transfer issue involving a name spacing difference between my passport and Victorian licence, and the staff were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand the situation and helped me successfully transfer both my licence and registration. Thank you again for the excellent customer service.

Had a great experience today 7 May 2026 at the Parramatta Office. I had 3 ladies help me, 2 on the counter and their Manager. I don't have their names. I had made a mistake myself on 6 May, so all 3 helped me to correct my mistake and cancel my car registration. Well done ladies.

I had a really disappointing experience at Service NSW today at paramatta . The staff member I dealt who was on counter 2 today was quite negative and kept blaming me, even though I apologised multiple times for entering my DOB incorrectly on the form. It felt like the situation was being unnecessarily escalated over something that could have been resolved easily. Thankfully, her manager or supervisor (pooja) stepped in and handled everything professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Every problems has its own solutions there is no point of overreacting!
