I didn’t know u can get a free Retro Flash until Owen told me! Henry is friendly and nice, knows how to do awesome photos! Shopping in Digidirect is truly an awesome trip.

Pros: Good ahop for print. Open till 6 pm. Good customer service and staffs are agile. Unline other print shops in the vicinity. Other electronic and accessories are having good collection range. Location is perfect across the Bua Junction of Parramatta in Westfield Level 2.

Had a really great experience at Digidirect. Paul took the time to properly explain a few lens options without making it feel overwhelming or pushy, which I really appreciated. He listened to what I actually needed and helped me land on the right lens for my setup. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and just easy to deal with - definitely one of the better in-store experiences I’ve had.
