We ordered a table and six chairs from Divano Online. At the time of purchase, there was no indication that the order would be delayed. We also received no proactive communication or updates from Divano, so I had to follow up myself. After waiting approximately six weeks, and following another follow-up that I initiated, I was then told the order would be delayed by an additional month. They were however, quick to respond when I contacted them. It wasn’t until I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund that Divano advised they could ship the table and four chairs that were supposedly in stock — something that had never been communicated to us previously. However, when they later went to confirm shipment, we were then told that only the table was actually available and the chairs were not. In the end, we cancelled the order entirely. Overall, it was a very confusing and disappointing experience with poor communication.

Have purchased the Milo 160cm Buffet Table Sintered Stone Travertine Top and also the Milo entertainment unit. We are really pleased with both. They were shipped very quickly and the quality of the product was really good. Always a rusk when buying on line, but can vouch for our service and product.

I was browsing around for ceramic dining tables that aren’t made from MDF. So many expensive ones out there, but this was a good find. I even hesitated since there were no reviews but when it arrived and we built it, I can confirm it really is of good quality. The ceramic-glass material combined feels very durable, and it was even too heavy to lift. We needed 3-4 people to lift the table off the floor and make it upright. Tabletop is easy to clean and the marble patterns are gorgeous. Shipping took awhile but the product arrived secured and there were no damages.

I have been shopping with Divano for years and I am extremely happy with my L shaped leather lounge. It is comfortable pet friendly and looks beautiful in my home. I love the grey leather and have since purchased dining chairs to match for the dining room. The quality and service have always been excellent and I highly recommend Divano.

After buying an oak old 8 seater table from Facebook Marketplace we needed some chairs that would be comfortable and modern looking. We are very pleased with these as they were easy to put the legs onto the seat with the hex bolts. They are comfortable, looking great and suits our decor which is old antique / contemporary. We recommend these highly as they are really good value and quality for the price.
