Love my lounge! The quality and finish is perfection and am beyond happy with the look and feels. Exceptional customer service. From my very first interaction, they went out of their way to take photos of the different charcoal/dark material options and send them over to me so I know if it was worth the drive to view the lounges. I was sent courteous updates as delivery date was approaching and come delivery date, the owner delivered the lounges and helped assemble the pieces. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase to go to Santosa!

Oh my goodness I just LOVE the Nazca coffee table! It’s really sturdy & well built too. I love it so much I went online this afternoon to buy the matching side table but sadly it’s too big for our space. The customer service is friendly & communication consistent.

Such beautiful furniture and great customer service. I bought a couch from there recently and it looks stunning! Delivery was quick and easy. Will definitely return to buy more things in the near future.

Absolutely thrilled with my Scruffy 4-Seater couch! Even though this company is based in Sydney, I ordered on Tuesday, 2 June, and it was delivered to my home on the Sunshine Coast by Friday morning, 5 June! an incredible turnaround time. The customer service was fantastic. They even sent me a personalised video showing the couch and its firmness before I purchased, which made the decision so much easier. I also received an EOFY discount, and the delivery team were friendly and professional. The couch is exactly what I wanted, and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I don't do many reviews, I know many people say this, but I felt compelled that I had to do a review. Santosa Furniture has been excellent. From start to finish I thought I would text them what I wanted to know about a dining table that we purchased and I was surprised that instantly I received a reply and questions I asked were answered straight away and this was late in the evening. The customer service regarding delivery was exceptional. The gentlemen that delivered the table and set it up and were very accommodating. I've worked in customer service myself and I can't say that I remember the last time that I had such excellent service. I was blown away and want to thank Santosa Furniture for the awesome communication and service that I received. The dining table is of great quality and the pricing more than affordable. I will certainly shop there again... Grace ☺️
