I’ve been seeing this physiotherapist since he was doing his placement at Macquarie University, and I’ve trusted him with my treatment ever since. This time, I came back due to sharp shoulder pain, and once again the treatment was effective and reassuring. It felt familiar — the same level of care and professionalism as always. It was my first time trying chiro and honestly I’d always been too scared to do it. I thought it would be super painful and I really don’t like the cracking sound — it makes me nervous. A friend recommended I give it a go, so I came in. Chiropractor Jiachen explained that treatment doesn’t always have to be cracking bones, there are lots of other options. I’d recently strained my lower back, so this time he used dry needling and K-tape. I’ve had acupuncture back in China, but dry needling here feels completely different. After the tape was applied, my back instantly felt a lot more stable. I’ve already booked in for my neck and shoulders next week. Can’t wait to get some relief there too.

I was been suffering problem with my cervical spin. It has been ages as I need to work. My friend recommended me to come to See DOT wellness. I have been done one month treatment with them. Now I am 99% good enough for anything. After every treatment, I felt much much better. They are professional, they are with all patience and also made plan for different treatment.
