Great collection of gifts and tee shirts. but customer service is poor and prices are jacked up and discounted. the 2 jerseys that I purchased were marked T $80 ish and shown at a discounted price of $49.99 but at SYDNEY AIRPORT the exact same jersey was available at a Flat price of $45 staff were not polite and not helpful while trying to retrieve a tee shirt from a high point on the wall

I would give no star at all for this shop. The worst shop and their staff is very rude and not friendly at all. If you cant be friendly, just quit the job or maybe just close for good. The souvenirs are overpriced. You can find way souvenirs that is way cheaper near the Opera House. Wasted money this shop

Huge interior and a friendly staff. About any souvenirs you want, they have. Boomerangs, Aboriginal art, hoodies, t's, opal jewelry. I didn't see the boomerangs that were painted by the Aboriginal people. Only the ones made by Aboriginals, but painted by Indonesians.

I would give no star for this shop if I could do it straight away. Very rude customer service from a senior male staff. I accidentally drop a souvenir and he came to ask what happened. I was picking up the keychain to fix it and here was the thing he said to me “it couldn’t drop by itself. You must did it”. Who else would even want to drop things intentionally like that is a shop? When I told him I was fixing it he told me not to raise my voice against him while he didn’t see the fact that he was the one to accuse a customer to drop souvenirs on purpose. Such a silly person to work in customer service and have no idea how to talk.
