I miss seeing Gillian so much since I moved to Queensland! Had been very ill on and off for years, had gall bladder removed, endoscopy, kept getting awful pains in my back and vomiting with hardly any notice I was having an 'attack', couldn't keep food down. Then I went to see Gillian who diagnosed my problem on the very first visit, and prescribed strong antibiotics for what turned out to be a stomach bug. I'd seen specialists who didn't know what was wrong, over a period of years. I started feeling better after taking the first dose of pills and was completely over the bug in about 3 days. She is the most astute, kind and clever doctor I have ever met. Every piece of advice she gave me about various ailments/issues was spot on. You could also do a lot worse than purchase a copy of her book "101 things your GP would tell you if only there was time" - it will help you get much more out of your visit and it's a fascinating read.
