I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dermatologist. My appointment lasted barely 10 minutes, yet I was charged $320 β€” and none of my actual concerns were properly addressed. I visited primarily for early-stage melasma, but the doctor did not examine my skin thoroughly or take the time to understand my condition. Instead, I was quickly prescribed Accutane despite having only 1–2 active pimples and some mild acne scarring. There was no discussion about whether this medication was appropriate for my case. What was even more concerning was the complete lack of explanation about the risks and side effects of Accutane. I was simply handed a prescription and told to come back in 3 months no guidance, no care. Additionally, I found the doctor’s comments deeply inappropriate and unprofessional. Making generalised and discriminatory remarks about patients of different ethnic backgrounds is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. It was uncomfortable and frankly shocking to hear. After doing my own research, I realised that Accutane is a serious medication with significant side effects, and not something to be prescribed so casually β€” especially when it

I am a patient at this clinic. When I called, the staff member was rude and not helpful. She seemed in a hurry to end the call.

Took my mum. Her Dr saw her on time but unclear communication. Unfortunately, I called afterwards from my car to get sick as careers certificate but they had ridiculous conditions, such as I needed to be IN with her and ask the doctor directly, not the reception staff afterwards! Is this a wise use of time of a specialist. How could I do this and ensure my mum had her consultation confidentially? There is parking nearby at shopping car park but impossible if you have mobility issues. Staff were professional but rude, no empathy or kindness. Customer training needed to be polite and courteous.

If only i can give 0 starts. This doctor has no experience at all. He calls himself a specialist but he doesn't understand the patients issue or the cause. He just keeps trying different medications/treatments and demands for money. He doesn't even take the time to properly explain anything he just rushes through the appointment and walks out.

Dr Artemi is a fantastic Dr, his bedside manners are exceptional he made me feel completely at ease and explained thoroughly about my situation and treatment. His nurse Danielle was lovely and all the staff were friendly and attentive, I would recommend this fantastic Dr to anyone.
