I would rate no star if there was a choice. I had a look of the rest of the reviews, same experience. Mom was with the doctor for a while as he was bulk billed, background is mom has low income health care card. Mom turned up today for her regular appointment and was told at the scene that she needed to pay, which she was not notified prior. Mom attempted to reason with the receptionist, but the receptionist who claims to be the doctor's wife threatened mom to cancel her appointment, which mom had been waiting for months. Rudest receptionist ever! No manner, threatening a senior with a chronic illness to cancel her appointment that she had been waiting for months! No empathy! If there was a code of conduct for receptionists, she surely breached it with hard core!

stupid doctor, waiting for 2 hours , i get appointment for 12pm and give another person to come first that have 1pm appointment , even the doctor tim chung say he cant treat my ill and even doesnt read about my blood test resault , after that need to pay 200$ , useless !!

Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist (the Doctor's wife). Would highly discourage anyone considering making an appointment here. They show no regard to the booking system and appointment times, with double bookings and extended waiting times, a clear demonstration of poor work ethic and a lack of consideration to the patients.

This doctor has the rudest receptionist on the planet, he can't fire her because she is the wife. Also this doctor is very cold, if he can get rid of you in 2 minutes, trust me he would. I will never go back, there are better doctors in Hurstville area who treat patients with respect.

I and one of my friends have surgery with Dr Chung. Very successful. I will give Dr Tim Chung full mark on his diagnostics accuracy and surgery skills, as I believe the review should be given to Dr himself, not his reception. Yes, his reception is not cheerful, also not friendly, lots of room to improve.
