An outstanding experience from start to finish. Nick and the team at Dracakis Jewellers in Warringah Mall have been nothing short of exceptional. Nick’s professionalism, honesty and discretion immediately stood out. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, offers genuine value for money, and never makes you feel pressured. His focus is on helping you make the right decision, not simply making a sale. A special thank you also to Ninfa, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the experience. She was warm, welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. She is a real asset to the business. What impressed me most, though, was the genuine family feel. Nick treated my family member with incredible kindness, patience and respect, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and memorable. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the relationships he builds with them. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with an important purchase, I couldn’t recommend Nick and the team at Dracakis Jewellers highly enough. Five stars isn’t enough.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dracakis. From the moment I approached them to ask if they could create a bespoke bangle for me, to the final product. They were incredibly helpful, patient and competent. Particular mention of Ninfa and Nick, who were so helpful and attentive. The final creation is absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any jewellery creation you’re after.

Dracakis Jewellers… Ninfa, Nick and the entire team. Absolutely amazing service. Incredible turnaround and first class production. Resetting my grandmothers diamond engagement stone which my precious mum wore for the last 40+ years until the moment she passed away. And my partner adding the radiant cut stone for my significant birthday. Holding them all closer with me now, thanks to you. Absolutely stunning. You nailed the brief and delivered. Beyond grateful for this and creating such a divine piece. No words but thanks for what I get to wear every day. Thank you. So much.
