We went into the store today with some jewellery for appraisal. Was assisted by Angela and could not have been more happy or impressed with our experience. Service was absolutely professional and the result was more than amazing. Could not be happier with all facets of our experience, and would recommend their services anytime, and would travel from distance to use them. Big shout out to the owner as well. A very positive experince for myself and my wife, and grateful to have come into the store today.

I couldn't recommend Eric & his lovely team enough. I bought my fiance's ring from here :) I went to many different jewellers before this, but never really felt the sense of care that I felt when I came into this shop. The team took the time to listen to what I was after, and uncompromisingly worked to source & create this for me. I also didn't realise how important after-care was. Eric & team truly care, and assured me I can come in whenever needed to give the ring a clean and make sure it's maintained well. They helped me so much with making finances accessible too. Thanks again, Eric, Joel & Cathy. You were a pleasure to deal with and I'll certainly be sending my friends to you. Anna and I are very happy Thank you!! :)
