I usually love Dymocks but I travelled a great distance today to find that your closed before the advertised Christmas time (7pm on the 23rd). Very inconvenient.

Had a fantastic experience recently. Had been having a hard time and left feeling considerably cheered. Libby and Arielle were so friendly, attentive, helpful, thoughtful, considerate, with a fun sense of humour. The selections were expertly curated, with a dense array of quality titles. On the lighter side, the staff even went to the effort to set up an altar to a teenagers pop music entertainer-phemonena. Lots of pink! :) Considering Eastgate is a less frequented, slightly out of the way venue, Dymocks is a clearly quality, well-priced retailer. With staff offering an impeccable, exceptional service. I'm definitely going to be telling everyone I can.

Anna and her team have created a fantastically wholesome store, with the strengths + resources of a major chain but the customer service and energy of a family owned business. Anna should be stoked with the environment & network she has created internally and externally at Eastgate.
