I was charged $10.00 for a printing job that was unsuccessful. The staff member assured me that the amount would be automatically refunded, but the refund was never processed. I contacted Customer Service, provided my receipt, and requested an update, but I have received no assistance at all. My emails have also gone unanswered, and no one has provided any update or attempted to resolve the issue. It's very disappointing that such a simple refund has taken so long and that there has been no communication from Customer Service. I expected much better support from Officeworks.

Shocking customer service- was told to wait for a MacBook Air that wasn’t in stock and then they couldn’t order one for me but offered a returned item and no apology. The store seems filled with people who don’t want to take accountability or seem to be trained efficiently to know what they’re doing.

I visited this Officeworks yesterday simply to have a document printed and laminated. Before joining the queue, I specifically asked a staff member whether what I needed could be done, and I was assured that it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I then waited in line for close to an hour while the service at the counter moved at an incredibly slow pace. I understand that retail can be busy and challenging, and I sympathise with staff working under pressure. However, the store appeared poorly organised. At one point, a staff member announced that they had run out of paper and needed to retrieve more from the stockroom. Considering it was only around 10am, this seemed like something that should have been checked before opening, and the process took over 10 minutes. When I finally reached the counter, I explained what I needed and advised that I had already emailed the document while waiting in the queue. I was then told the format was incorrect and that it needed to be changed to landscape, so I re-sent it. After doing so, I was told that the sizing could not be done the way I wanted. There are glaciers in Iceland moving quicker than the team at this store. I routinely wait 20-30 minutes for printing with long queues and zero sense of urgency or efficiency from the staff. Just went back again today to find that there's no colour printing available today at all, for some unknown reason... the straw that broke the camel's back, sadly. I won't be returning.

Tried to buy a desk, just couldn’t locate where to pick up the one I wanted. 30 minutes later and after asking three different team members who were utterly disinterested - I left. Shocking store, filthy, untidy and an absolute trip hazard.
