The staff here are lovely, helpful, respectful, warm and welcoming. If all stores had staff like this, there would be less online shopping.

called for a book for my son, had looked around and tried online they where only local place had a copy of the type we required for a good price , some places was asking a ridiculously large amount for the same item. the service was great she checked stock offer to hold till we came in then was very nice and easy to make transaction good prices good friendly customer service.

Boring I hate books BUT!!... unfortunately not my little one who had an easy time grabbing what she wanted. Shelves are tidy and neatly categorized so I ended up overstaying and overspending on top of my daughter's giftcard. Staff on duty was more than happy to offer assistance all the time, I have visited multiple times with a different on duty person and each one was great, I managed to see reviews of shopkeepers racial profiling customers checking bags etc which is false as I have had one "randomly" check up on me which is part of their job plus this is a western area expect no less for any shop to check

Great service by Emily, who suggested we join the Dymocks rewards program. They had a large variety of kids books. Some were a little overpriced, but overall the bookstore was well organised and staff were very friendly and helpful.
