Great customer service. I visited the store this afternoon around 1 pm. I was looking for Berserk merchandise for my boyfriend and came across a book however, I was looking for more. The lady at the counter on the left escorted to the area where I could find more options and explained what’s inside the book. She was so helpful!

QVB books this one not a large store but it is a great place to take kids to look at books. The place was organised and clean. It has the usual popular ranges and the staff were friendly. Don't forget to bring a bag It costs 70 cents, they take all major cards including amex.
