Elevate Property Group helped me with my new home in Sydney. As I came from overseas, the whole "finding a new home in Sydney" was new to me. The communication with Elevate Property group was always honest and very friendly. The overall process, from confirmation, getting the keys and going into the new home was easy and fast. Some things had to be fixed but were discussed straight from the start and everything was transparent. Happy to keep on working with them and always felt safe :)

I would like to sincerely thank Debbie Taskin and Daniel Bligh from Elevate Property Group for their professionalism, support and assistance throughout a particularly challenging situation following the end of my tenancy. While dealing with an unexpected issue involving damage caused by a third-party contractor, both Debbie and Daniel were consistently responsive, transparent and solution-focused. They took the time to listen, kept me informed throughout the process and worked collaboratively with all parties to help achieve a fair outcome. What stood out most was their professionalism and empathy. It would have been easy for the situation to become more complicated, however Debbie and Daniel approached every conversation with patience, understanding and a genuine willingness to help resolve the matter constructively. Both Debbie and Daniel demonstrated a high level of integrity and customer service throughout. I am extremely grateful for their efforts and would not hesitate to recommend Elevate Property Group to both landlords and tenants alike. Thank you again for all of your help.

We have dealt with Ashleigh, Benj and Daniel from Elevate Property Group as tenants, their comms and approach with everything was professional. They assisted us in negotiating our contract to 6months lease instead of 12 months. And when our lease was about to end, we had asked them if we could keep the tenancy and provide one month’s notice before we moved out. Elevate and the landlord were all okay with that. They were easy to deal with and we felt that they were not only looking after the best interest of the landlord but us as tenants as well.

I would like to thank Elevate Property Group for their understanding and service to date. As a tenant I am grateful of their prompt response to attend to any issues raised (Very minor ones). Thank you to Ash, Daniel and Debbie for looking after myself and my partner. We are very greatful.

When Elevate PM took over, they always made us feel supported and heard as tenants. They were responsive and approachable in addressing our concerns allowing us to build a strong partnership in maintaining the property and making it our welcoming home.
