I have had an excellent experience with Ying and Hayley at Ray White in managing my rental property. They communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and even assisted before the formal agreement began by resolving issues left by my previous agent and ensuring a smooth transition. Ying and Hayley have restored my confidence in what good property management can look like. There are plenty of stereotypes about real estate agents, and over 20 years of owning a rental property I have experienced the extremes of poor communication and unreliability. Ray White has been the complete opposite. I particularly appreciate their willingness to take responsibility, maintain clear lines of accountability, and follow up promptly on all matters. Their knowledge of the local rental market, supported by Ray White’s access to current market data, is invaluable in determining an appropriate rental strategy. Ying has provided an excellent service. She is very friendly and has explained each step of the rental campaign. She found us excellent tenants with a great rental return. We are very happy that we have chosen Ray White to manage our property. They have a lot of experience with the building as they manage 10 properties in the building.
