Elite Personal Fitness is hands down the best gym in Sydney. Jason, the owner, runs a tight, professional operation and my trainer Pat is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—one of the best personal trainers I’ve worked with. The gym is immaculately clean, there’s great free parking, and everything is run smoothly and professionally. As a guy over 45, I’m seeing real results and feeling stronger every week. Highly recommend Elite to anyone serious about their fitness goals!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ashton is a brilliant coach, extremely knowledgeable and actively adjusts my training to address any issues I might be having. All coaches are incredibly welcoming and make an effort to say hello and help if you if you need it. I really appreciate this as gyms can sometimes be intimidating.

Elite Health Club is exceptional. The trainers are top-notch, providing you with all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals whilst prioritising your health. The club itself is designed beautifully & features high-quality equipment within a boutique atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Furthermore, the family-like culture & expertise truly sets Elite apart from other gyms & health clubs; everyone is incredibly encouraging and supportive. The trainers attention to detail and personalised approach make you feel genuinely valued. A special shoutout to my coach, Jason, and my partner's coach, Patty—their knowledge is unmatched & they always make me laugh. I genuinely look forward to every session and leave feeling great. Highly recommend!

I've been training with Ash at Elite Health for a number of months and couldn't be happier. I've been able to achieve goals in health, fitness and weight loss due to the fantastic environment and trainers at the gym. Would highly recommend you to give them a call if you are interested.

Now entering Beast Mode! I've trained at heaps of gyms over the years, and the ones I always feel most comfortable in and get the best results from are local independents. The staff and trainers care about your development more, and are actually invested in seeing you make gains and overcoming any hurdles or barriers (either mental or physical.... in my case both!) that are holding you back from reaching your potential. Space is good, equipment is good, the crowd is a good mix of punters who work hard but also play hard, and the vibe is welcoming. Get involved, you won't regret it!!!
