I am extremely disappointed with the timing of the planned work. To cause power outages during peak hours, especially when families are home enjoying dinner or tending to their children, is completely unacceptable. This clearly wasn’t well thought out, and it has created unnecessary inconvenience for many. I sincerely hope that future disruptions are better planned to avoid such disruption to daily life. May I also express how much I hate you all.

More than 100 homes have been without power since 8:00 a.m. this morning. It’s now 4:15 p.m., and there’s still no power. All the food in my fridge has started to spoil. How are these companies still operating in Australia?

You guys suck at managing Vineyard NSW power, 6 power outages in 2025 alone and more in 2024, each lasted more than 8 hr up to days, graduate electrical engineer would do a better job in managing distribution and preventing cut off on rainy or windy days. Shame, just shameful. Give up your business in our area and give it to someone who actually cares!

If It is Possible to put 0 on this review I would but its not. Customer service is shit and the hotline is all robot people that don't know what they are talking about. I was simply asking for an update for our outage and its been 3 days already but still no definite update on what is wrong and when our power will be back. It is already a lost of wages and as well as spoiled food! And then there's this General Manager making a video in a cold air-conditioned room and have the guts to say patience's from their customers! Then when you post a complain on their website they send you a automated email same as the script that they use on their customer support! The best part of it is they give you a voucher to shut you up! If still nothing on their end I will just forward this to legal and the Energy and water Ombudsman as this not proper! And if still no action join me on a class action with this company!

I have lived in the Macdonalds Valley in NSW for nearly 5 years now. A beautiful place until the electricity fails. And fail it does- often. In limps Endeavour Energy..... it's turn around time is 'third world country style' and G-d forbid you should have a life threatening illness or a very sick child or animal, you will need to carry professional resources, because a generator is not going to "cut it" for sometimes nearly a 2 day period. Why do they have the monopoly as distributors in this area? This should never be happening only one hour from the Sydney CBD. The Macdonald's area is a small Hamlet situated across the Hawkesbury - we have just endured terrible landslides from 5 floods (since 2021) and it's taken 3 + years to rebuild the roads only to be stuck with the most incompetent, antiquated service from Endeavour Energy.... who should be branded "We endeavour NOT to help you". Bring on the competition!! Pathetic!
