I have been seeing Dr Morris since early 2025 helping me manage my thyroid. I’ve found him to be extremely thorough but also so kind and caring. Since our first meeting I have had a successful IVF experience and am pregnant with twins. When my thyroid started playing up Dr Morris was ontop of it instantly. He is monitoring me closely, chasing results and keeping all my other specialists in the loop. He has gone as far as to call me on his days off just to keep me updated on my levels and discuss our ongoing plan. It’s hard to find specialists as great as him!

My mother and I see Dr Gabrielle Howard for two separate conditions for many years now. From the beginning we both experienced very professional, kind and attentive care. The appointments are always on time. It is not unusual for many specialists to run late for various reasons. However, we have never had a delay for more than 5-10 min with Dr Howard. The Reception staff is always polite and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Dr Howard and this Endocrine Clinic to anyone who requires this type of specialist. P.S. Very surprised to see negative reviews

I visit Dr Gabrielle Howard for hypothyroidism and she has changed my life! I have suffered with symptoms for years but never had an answer or clear diagnosis. Dr Howard has been so patient in helping me understand what hypothyroidism is, how it affects my body and explaining possible treatment options. What I loved most was that she didn’t rush in or immediately try to push the medication option - she takes her time to examine all possible treatment options to work out what was best for me. She is incredibly validating and helpful, and the team at Endocrine Clinics were wonderful as well! Could not recommend Dr Howard and the team enough and will definitely be returning for my regular check ups!

Tried to book in with a DR Howard I was recommended by family and friends however was urged by reception to see Dr YuFang Wu instead. So reluctantly agreed and so disappointed. Firstly was overcharged in first appointment for appointment longer than mine went for in excess of $400 then on my follow up consult was told I just need to eat 800-1000 calories for the rest of my life and do more cardio if I want to lose weight. - I am already in a 25% calorie deficit and train weights and cardio 6 times a week. I feel this advice is so toxic and was very much insulting as if she didn’t believe what I was doing. Would not recommend to anyone waste of time and money just insulting no helpful advice.

I was supposed to have a Telehealth appointment with Dr.Morris today on behalf of my father at 11am. It’s now 11:47, I’ve called the clinics literally 10 times, no one picked up. Operating hours is till 4pm Monday to Friday. Today is a Friday 11:48 as I’m writing this review. Update: doctor called at 11:50, cut the call short because he had an appointment at 12. This was a very important appointment for my dad who has had severe blood glucose fluctuations and have waited weeks to see the doctor. Now he has to wait longer before the next available appointment. How would one do a consult with just 10 minutes? I absolutely do not recommend this clinic and would give zero star if I could. I get it appointments sometimes run late, but better off booking another endocrine whose clinic would actually PICK UP the phone when the doctor is running late. I don’t like writing negative reviews but if a clinic actually cares about their patients and running a business, they would have treated their patients better.
