I went to Endota Spa prior to their renovation/redevelopment and can not begin to describe how disappointing my experience was. The worst part - despite the rude staff, the rushed job and the scratches - was the utter lack of care shown by the business as a whole. Following my massage, I got a 'Thank You' email which invited feedback which claimed they absolutely read and take on board. I submitted a respectful and honest response, one that spoke to: 1. The receptionist being quite mean and attitude-ey throughout every interaction 2. My therapist had what felt like cuts or calluses on her hands that would pull/scratch my skin throughout the entire treatment 3. There was very little effort put into making the treatment relaxing as it was more a vigorous rub (that resembled how my father used to put suncream on us as children) rather than an actual massage I went into far more detail via the form, but wanted to provide context for any other reader. The worst part? I didn't hear anything. I wasn't contacted at all. The general lack of care shown by staff from start to finish (and a little bit after) was astounding to me. Unfortunately I am here to share about my horrific experience at Endota Spa Chatswood Chase. On the 10.7.23 I had originally booked a 9:45am appointment with Endota Spa in Chatswood Chase. I received a call the day before at 2:15pm from a staff member at Chatswood stating that a therapist was unwell and could I please arrive at the salon at 9:30am specifically for an appointment as they were understaffed. I arrived at the salon at 9:30 & was then asked to fill out only my medical information using an iPad as staff member 1 stated the other information didn’t matter. I was surprised at this as I assumed the time I took to fill in the other information on this form in the past was actually used by the therapist and not as a means to occupy the customer whilst they waited. What was meant to be a 30 minute facial began at 9.40 and ended only 20 minutes later at 10.00am. I asked the therapist why the treatment was concluded after only 20 minutes when it should have been 30 minutes and I was told it was because I had been late. I let the therapist know I arrived at 930 as instructed the day before and she referred me to speak to the staff member 1 at the front desk. It was obvious the e

Great to be able to have a spa experience in the heart of Chatswood. I was very relaxed throughout the whole experience. I had a one hour massage with Carrie who checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and getting the most benefit from the experience. She was amazing. I felt she had my well-being in mind and wasn’t just doing a job. Highly recommend.

The lady who greeted me (sorry I didn't catch her name) was very pleasant from the moment I stepped into the store. She was polite and even behind her mask I knew she was smiling! Carrie (my therapist) was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and her massage/facial techniques were excellent. As a facial first timer I loved the experience and enjoyed it so much, I have booked to return for another facial with Carrie.

Everything from start to finish was such a pleasant experience - from the booking right through to the leaving the store. All the staff I spoke to and interacted with were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The treatment itself (pregnancy pause) was divine, my therapist Trija checked in several times during the treatment to make sure her pressure was okay (pregnancy massage) and also recommended several tips of technique and products which would help with my skincare after my custom facial. I can't recommend Endota enough! I've been raving about all week! Thank you!
