I usually get sore calf's & feet because I do 6km walks 4 times a week & go to get a massage once a month. So I got a really good health insurance called see-U insurance. They give you $20 back 🔙 for each session. Thats a saving of $240 a year 👌.

It was a disappointing massage experience. My friend and I did the hr massage. I got in later and finished earlier and the masseuse seem to have weird pacing. At times it felt like she was in a rush while other motions were so slow. This inconsistency also extended to the pressure as well. I had asked for it to be hard but it would vary quite a bit. The other thing was that I really wasn’t feeling refreshed form the experience and still had tension in my shoulders and calves. Wont be coming back and don’t recommend.

I had a full body + feet massage and I really enjoyed it. The therapist used enough strength… I felt that pain that is necessary to really help without making me feel like running away. The only problem was that I started feeling quite cold halfway through it, so it was difficult to fully relax at the end of the massage. That’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, although I realise I feel cold easily.

The massage shop arranged a male therapist to perform an oily deep tissue massage on me. As this treatment required undressing, I requested a female therapist. In addition, the Chinese male receptionist made a comment stating “I did not expect Asian care,” and implied that “others normally do not mind.” I found this remark discriminatory. Given that cultural sensitivities—particularly regarding gender boundaries—are widely understood, I consider both the therapist arrangement and the comment to be inappropriate, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Overall, I felt that the receptionist showed a lack of respect toward both female clients and Asian clients. I hope management will take this matter seriously and ensure that client preferences and cultural sensitivity are properly respected in the future.

This place has a serious hygiene issue. Towels always feel unclean, you do not know how many customers they have been used for. This was evident from my recent visit. A few hours after I had finished my massage I developed an itchy rash on my neck, which I have never experienced before as I always have good skin with no previous skin allergy. It went worse the second day and spread to my face, so I decided to see a doctor. The skin cream my doctor prescribed did temporarily control the itching and swelling, but eventually spread to my upper back and I need to see the doctor again. I am calling this out to make everyone aware of my bad experience. Stay away from this unhealthy and unhygienic place. I would give negative stars if I could.
