I think my experience is different from other reviews. I have been trying to reach Jeffrey for about two weeks now regarding a property that I am interested to inspect/buy. He doesn’t communicate properly. Whatever may be the situation, a client would like to be provided with an update of what’s going on. I have never experienced like this with any other agents before. Real estate agents are usually very protective. So,if you are trying to sell a property and wondering why you are not getting any buyers, consider it as a possibility of agent messing up in between.

Jeff had previously managed our granny flat rental very professionally. When we decided to sell our home two years after ceasing to rent the granny flat, Jeff was our obvious choice to go to. Jeff was been extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of setting up the house for the sale. We observed his dealing with potential buyers in a very empathetic but firm manner. The way he conducted negotiations can only described as very professional, which resulted in an amicable sale. Not only did Jeff assist us with the sale process, he also guided us through the purchasing process of our new home. I got to know Jeff from renting a property from him, he was extremely pleasant, well mannered, professional and very helpful! After this experience i have moved the management of my investment property to Est real estate, so Jeff could manage it for me. It has been a great experience, Jeff goes well beyong just a standard real estate agent!!!! On numerous occasions he has exceeded my expectations and i cannot thank him enough for this. Lastly, i have dedicated the sale of my house to him during this difficult Covid 19 and again Jeff has made the sale smooth with amazing results!!! I have used services of Jeff in all real estate areas, and i can assure you he is THE BEST AGENT IN SYDNEY. Highly recommend.
