We arrived for a late night session at the V-Max cinema. With pre-booked tickets, we picked up our popcorn only to find the machine barely poured out any! Customer service is there but there are only 1-2 queues open. The cinema was clean, but the walkway to the toilets was disgusting and littered with popcorn scraps. I would visit these cinemas again as it’s convenient for date night!

Event Cinema was a really disappointing experience. The overall quality was poor, and it did not feel worth the time or money. One of the biggest issues was the seating arrangement, there was no arm rest at the seats, which made it uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially during a long movie. A cinema should provide basic comfort for customers, and this setup failed to meet that expectation. The experience felt below standard compared to what you would expect from a major cinema chain.

I recently visited Event Cinemas Parramatta and had a really positive experience from start to finish. I’ve noticed the overall rating is a bit mixed, but from my visits, the cinema has been consistently clean, well presented, and comfortable. I attended both a standard session and a Gold Class session, and in both cases the environment felt well maintained and inviting. The cinema has a nice atmosphere that makes it feel like more than just a place to watch a movie. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. Based on my experience, this location sets a strong standard. I do hope that same level of consistency can be seen across other locations as well, particularly Liverpool.

I’ve watched Primate in Cinema 2 with popcorn and a ticket to my seat. I am not sure if it’s just Cinema 2 or if they all smell like urine. It’s ridiculous that their bathrooms smell better than their cinemas. Why ten years on and the urine smell is not a problem that they find a solution for, either seats need replacing or the carpet. Plus, the popcorn was stale. Money wasted.

Fantastic Gold Class cinema on Lvl 4 in Westfield Parramatta veey easy to grab your tickets There is plenty of seating in the are were the bar is located and very easy to order your food and drinks as The service is very friendly This place is very assessable plenty of parking and there is a traffic staion and bus stop right outside Westfield
