I have never met a more ethically driven clinical psychology team than this one. The principle Psychologist Dana is highly experienced and caring. The space is also inviting and calming. I highly recommend this service if you're looking for a trauma informed and ethically sound service to meet your psychological needs.

My personal experience has been really good. I’m not one to go to anyone for mental health and open up. I had the unfortunate experience of going through work cover. I’ve been seeing Dana for over a year and I’m grateful of her and her staff. She helps me understand my mental health and Mira at the reception always knows my name and makes sure I’m ok whenever I call. I’ve never felt more comfortable speaking to a physiologist about what’s really going on in my personal life. I pay for Dana’s experience and will continue to do so.

Yet another psychology clinic that doesn't list that almost all of their psychologists aren't accepting new patients. List it on your website. Why must mental health patients run the gauntlet of getting referrals for psychs that don't want patients?

Full disclosure. This review is not for any of the doctors here but the reception. The lady at reception was at first not able to tell me when my preferred doctor would be available. She suggested some other doctors and could not confirm appointment times for them either. I was then sent a multitude of forms to confirm the appointment. Her English was questionable as well. Unfortunately my poor experience with her deterred me to book any appointment with this clinic.

I have had quite a few sessions here and dana is the best psychologist i have seen. I have had a range of complex issues, she was always there to listen and taught me about how thinking processes work. Just googled to do a once off again to refresh. I saw the other comments so i had to make this one because i highly disagree with those negative reviews.

Don't know about the other reviews but Dana is the best clinical psychologist I've ever had! Very empathetic with great understanding, providing practical (realistic) tools. Yes they are a bit expensive but it is very important mental health were talking about! How much is your mental health worth?
