Very impressed! The most diligent optometrist I dealt with. I really appreciated the extra care and time spent on my case. My previous prescription was a few years old but **very different** to the one Con, the optometrist, gave me. I can see much better - but more importantly - it's much easier on the eyes. I've definitely been misdiagnosed by many optometrists in the past. I'm no expert but the place seems to be well equipped - better than other places I've been to. A concern I had before going there. I faced two issues that were dealt with a lot of professionalism: - The first pair of lenses I ordered had optical aberrations on the sides. Having wide glasses and I suppose the center of the lenses wasn't at the right spot. I got it fixed pretty quickly (free of charge). I felt heard and he was pretty chill about it. - I asked for a copy of me prescription few months after my appointment over email. I received it within few business hours. No questions asked. I don't live close by but I'll definitely drive the extra mile to go there next time.

With in the last six months I have visited this professional and minimalist salon several times as I needed to update my glasses in line with my latest prescription. I’ve bought four pairs of glasses from Con during this period and I’m very happy with the overall experience and the results. The salon is chic, the customer service experience is top-notch, the range of frames is sensible and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
