Probably the worst Fantastic Furniture store I’ve been to. As soon as you take the escalator up, the smell hits you, the whole place smelt musty and unpleasant. There were metal shavings all over the escalator and if you touched the handrail your hands ended up black. The store felt dirty, outdated including all furniture and honestly really poorly maintained. I couldn’t even bring myself to walk further upstairs because I genuinely felt sick from the smell. Definitely not somewhere I’d feel comfortable spending my money.

No doubt a bit cheaper option but at the end of the day its not gonna help customers. As i bought a king size bed and mattress for my mother a year ago. Pathaetic quality of bed frame and rug at the back of support was too thin that within couple of months it teared off. You can imagine that it is at the back side, to the wall no one is touching it. I have no time to see warranty or to disassemble it or reassemble or oragnise delivery and stuff. We spend 1800 $ but within 1 year we ordered rubbish collection service to collect it. So overall, really bad expereince, i bought alot of other stuff but never gona go to this brand again. Just an update for someone who wants to buy a bed.

Behaviour of the sales person looked like he is just doing the formality of being there. This was the first time in last 15 years we liked furniture and left store without buying. Their impression was like they didn't care whether we buy or not. May go to another store to buy furniture. Very disappointing visit to the store.

The staff at Fantastic Furniture Prospect are absolutely grouse. Came in needing help for a part of an online order that didn't come in delivery. The staff went above and beyong to help get this bed built without the two week wait for a few plastic bits get sent again. Didn't get the names of the 3 staff members but the date was 27th November 2025. Great staff. Thank you heaps.

This store has great and Friendly staff members, show you how and which products suits as customer needs.....👌👌👍🏻👍🏻 It's pick address is also near by if they have it on stock. Reliable and trustworthy......😍👌😍😍 Very good quality and warranty also...😍😍😍👍🏻 there is plenty on disable parking all with loading bays for chair access. Also not as cheap as it use to be. ......🥰😍😊😊 Plenty of parking spots available....👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Fantastic furniture is always a good option for multiple options at one place.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 If anyone would like to interior a house, can find almost everything in budgeted options.😊😊😊😊😊👌👍🏻👌👍🏻
